Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of West Hampstead Hockey Club (WHHC) will be held on Saturday 29th March 2025. We encourage all members to attend and take part in shaping the future of our club.

Key Information & Deadlines

• Finalised AGM Documents including reports and financial statements will be available at https://agm.whhc.uk.
• The committee met on Friday 7th March 2025 any any resolutions have been inlcuded in the resolution section.
• Members may submit resolutions by Sunday 23rd March 2025. Resolutions must be submitted in writing (either in paper or digitally) to the Chairperson and supported by the signatures of six members.
• Nominations for Committee Officers should be submitted to the Chairperson by Friday 28th March 2025.

Voting & Quorum

• All WHHC members have the right to vote at the AGM.
• At least 25% of WHHC members must be in attendance for the AGM to proceed.
