Committee Structure
The CLTC main committee
West Hampstead Hockey Club (WHHC) is a subsection of the Cumberland Lawn Tennis Club (CLTC). The main CLTC committee consists of volunteers voted by the wider membership, the general manager and respective chairpersons of each sub-section (tennis, squash, cricket and hockey). Elections for this committee will be held at the CLTC AGM on Thursday 29 April 2025.
Hockey subcommittee (WHHC committee)
We are pleased to announce the WHHC committee for the 2025-2026 season, following elections that were held digitally by our members. The WHHC committee consists of 13 key roles, with each position filled through a voting process. Please note that individuals may hold only one position on the committee at a time.
Election Process
- All current role holders stpped down at the beginning of the elections.
- All roles (listed below) were voted on during the digital election process. 1.Candidates needed to be proposed and seconded by other members, either in writing before the election or during the process.
- Voting took place as follows:
- For an unopposed candidate: a simple Yes / No vote.
- For roles with multiple candidates an 'A vs B' vote.
