What is my role?​

  • Liaise with the chairperson, treasurer and men’s and women's captains to recruit a resident coach before the start of the season.
  • Arrange internal and external coaches for men’s and women's training.
  • Oversee the provision of contracts to internal and external coaches (these are already
  • written, and do not need much modification).
  • Solicit feedback on the quality of coaching in order to improve the process.

What else can you tell me about the role?​

You will organise coaching sufficiently far in advance. In theory, this role should not take up much of your time beyond September.

How much time will I need to give to the role?​

Approximately 3 - 4 hours per week in summer, reducing during the season.
