Internal and external stakeholders of the club

What is my role?​

  • Promote club events, including games, umpiring events and socials.
  • Send out the regular club newsletter.
  • Promote EH directives and communications to the membership.
  • Act as the owner of the social media accounts, and encourage contribution from all members.
  • Respond to direct queries on social media.
  • Promote the club to prospective members.
  • Manage the editorial upkeep of the club website.
  • Create comms for occasional coaches and players recruitment campaigns.

What else can you tell me about the role?​

You won’t have to write each and every communication but rather request and collate the communication needs of the committee, members, the CLTC and EH. You will be able to use the club website, newsletter and social media to communicate to our internal and external stakeholders.

How much time will I need to give to the role?​

Approximately 3 - 4 hours per week.
