What else can you tell me about the role?
This role will involve a variable amount of time across the entire calendar year. Most associations AGMs take place during the summer, alongside the implementation of development plans for the coming season.
The majority of work with WHHC will take place during the season, as will adhoc communication with HUAs.
Umpiring competency is not essential but an understanding of it is important as you will need to be willing and interested in finding novel ways to support and develop umpiring at the club.
Remaining flexible and responsive to the clubs umpire resource and requirements will ensure success in the role and for the club.
How much time will I need to give to the role?
Approximately 2 hours per week.
